The small independent group behind the fan made Left4Dead movie have finally acquired the staff and actors they needed, and as a result have got down to some serious filming. A teaser trailer was recently released so check it out and tell us what you think about it.

Hi Guys,

I have removed the downloads section from the site for a few weeks. Our downloads server is constantly overloaded and it seems we need to get a new one. We are also almost done with our new downloads section.

For the next few weeks, you won't be able to download anything directly from L4DMods.com until we have our new downloads server and section ready.

The Left 4 Dead Authoring Tools were released a few hours ago and also comes with "Addons Support". This allows you to play any custom campaign, wether it be for Left 4 Dead 1 or Left 4 Dead 2. Once installed, it will work automatically and you don't need to run anything else in order to get custom campaigns working.

Recently, Valve announced that our favourite Survivors from Left 4 Dead (Zoey, Bill, Francis and Louis) will make an appearance in Left 4 Dead 2. This news gave hope that we might be able to have 8 vs 8 matches. All 8 Survivors (Zoey, Bill, Francis and Louis plus Nick, Ellis, Coach and Rochelle) against 8 Special Infected. I had a chat with Mike Durand, programmer at Valve, (aka Mugsy) about this today.
